- Be sensitive to market changes and new market opportunities, collect market information for strategy formulation and summary to regional manager
- Implement business strategy of BU, and provide timely feedback on implementation progress and related issues
- Deeply understand customer needs in the region, establish and develop long-term partnerships with key customers based on business strategy of BU
- Cooperate with new product market research before launch and product promotion after
- Complete market and customer development according to requirements of company
- Participate in relevant marketing activities at national and regional to deepen customers' understanding of the products
- Effectively implement the sales visit plan and business management plan in the designated area, and achieve the sales target by maintaining key customers, increasing the usage amount, and constantly developing new customers; effectively communicate with all customers about sales information in the designated area; review and summarize with sales manager regularly; effectively win over lost customers
- Collaborate with dealers, maintain communication and solve problems in the sales process; responsible for regional sales contract negotiation and signing
- Responsible for business forecast of related products in the designated area; To submit work reports, work plans and collect market information as required by leaders
- Cooperate closely with supply chain, logistic, application, service, sales operations and finance department to ensure smooth product sales
- Demonstrated track record of success and sales accomplishments
- Ability to sell in a consultative manner such that the customer need is discovered and addressed in an individualized clinical and data-driven manner
- Strong persuasiveness and influence skills required
- Ability to understand and articulate complex scientific literature and use extensive and complex clinical data as a key factor in the sales process
- Familiarity with clinical and economic outcome data, reimbursement, and managed care policies and procedures
- Have strong ability of developing new account
- Have strong ability of distributors management, this includes periodic business reviews with distributor's financial departments, as well as sales planning with distributor's sales department, and inventory review with distributor's logistic and warehouse department
- Collect marketing information and make analysis, make and develop regional sales strategy
- Bachelor or above of Medical Science
- Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years sales experience
- Medical background/sales experience, laboratory experience, and/or nursing knowledge, Mammography Equipment knowledge desirable
- Proven experience managing KOL/government relations
- Experience in distributor management is preferred
