We are looking for English ESL Teachers for a Training Center located in Chengdu. This is a full-time position.About the schoolThis English language institute operates in mainland China, providing immersive, North American-style English education for children. With an English-only environment and a structured curriculum, it helps students develop fluency naturally. The institute collaborates with major educational organizations like McGraw-Hill and Cambridge to enhance its teaching quality.Job Responsibilities

Work aboard to teach kids in China aged 3 – 18 in groups of up to 16 students.
Planning and delivering lessons to children.
Using the school’s courseware and tools to teach efficiently and effectively.
Evaluating student progress and providing ongoing guidance for improvement to both students and their parents.
Assigning and evaluating out of class exercises.
Participating in social activities with students organized by the school

Requirements

Bachelor Degree or above
Eligible for the English teaching visa
Minimum of 2 years of related teaching experience
TEFL/TSEOL certificate

Monthly salary of 14,500 – 21,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualifications
Housing allowance: 3,000 – 5,000 RMB per month (experience and qualification dependent)
Performance bonus: 500-1,000 RMB every month (experience and qualification dependent)
Attendance bonus: 600 RMB per month
Management allowance: 0 – 4,000 RMB per month (management workload dependent)
Contract renewal bonus: 2,000 – 5,000 RMB per year (experience and renewal years dependent)
