Key Tasks:
- Contribute to all aspects of direct customer bids / RFQs by performing accurate pricing analysis and overall profitability analysis of the business opportunity for assigned agreement portfolio.
- Simulate cycles and set agreement price and structure to align revenue and margin objectives.
- Proactively simulate and recommend agreement designs using a P&L waterfall approach in the evaluation process, as well as Value Based approach when applicable.
- Monitor and report via scorecard and tracking software compliance to agreement volume requirements and track overall agreement performance.
- Root cause analysis of agreement underperformance and recommend remedies to improve.
- Conduct monthly and quarterly performance reviews for agreement portfolio with Sales and Product Management Teams.
- Agreement pricing services including additions, revisions, discrepancies and credits resolutions.
- Interpret agreement pricing analytics and recommend improvements to agreement structure.
- Support new program negotiations and collaborate with Sales team to align strategies.
- Participation in Lean / Six Sigma / improvement projects to improve the quality, efficiency and effectiveness of the pricing processes and the department. Leading to business growth and structural improvement of the customer experience.

- Strong organizational skills for managing and coordinating a variety of tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid business acumen.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Minimum bachelor's degree (Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics) or equivalent work experience in business roles. MBA preferred.
- Fluent in English & Chinese (written and spoken); Japanese language skills would be an advantage.
- 3 - 5 Years of applicable experience.
- Understanding of complex bid/RFQ processes.
- Initiates action to achieve goals beyond what is required.
- Self-motivated and effectively manages one's time and resources to ensure work is completed efficiently.
- Able to work with global cross-functional team efforts focused on process implementation & execution.
- Strong PC abilities: expert Microsoft Office and a working knowledge of database and spreadsheet applications is required.
- Experience with SAP and Advanced Pricing Software.
