  • Lead the academic planning, implementation, and evaluation for the international secondary division
  • Supervise teaching teams and support faculty development
  • Ensure high standards in curriculum delivery (AP / A-Level / IGCSE)
  • Oversee student academic performance and progress tracking
  • Foster a strong academic culture aligned with international best practices
  • Work closely with school leadership to align strategic goals
  • Manage communication between academic departments, parents, and external partners
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher (Master's preferred)
  • Background in international education; overseas study experience preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of teaching or academic management experience
  • Familiarity with AP / A-Level / IGCSE curriculum systems
  • Strong understanding of international education trends, regulations, and school operations
  • Fluent in both English and Chinese preferred
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
