- Have a good understanding of all the project management knowledge areas and should have confirmed these in your previous projects.
- Responsible for the project execution and delivery, incl. milestones, time schedule, its controlling, and the change management. Support and follows cost control.
- Plan Control and coordinate all internal interfaces - Engineering, SCM, Manufacturing, Testing, Commercial, involved regional companies.
- Monitor and effectively report the progress and status of the project to management and to the client in accordance with the project plan.
- Should have problem solving issues that arise during project execution, handle escalations and deep dive into the issue and handle customer expectations.
- Project Management Certification (PMP/IPMA) is preferred.
- Experience in the transformer or electric utility industry is a plus.
- Fluent English speaking and reading and writing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- The ability to work collaboratively with Siemens-Energy stakeholders and the client and demonstrate a working knowledge of Siemens-Energy products, applications, and applicable standards.
