  • Assist line manager to develop, manage, execute, and evaluate Luxury & Icon trade activation programs, in order to drive continuous improvement
  • Engage regional L&I sales team, trade partners and agencies to ensure well implementation and support from trade
  • Support line manager in trade A&P management, including POSM/GWP as well as the systematic tracking on spending
  • Be a key contributor in annual Trade A&P budgeting
  • Brand/Product assets Sharing (bottle shot, tasting note, video, value chain, allocation, etc.)
  • Actively participate in L&I sales meetings with solid contributions from trade marketing perspective (promotion tracking and planning/Market insight/category insight sharing)
  • Efficient communication and engagement with key stakeholders - Sales team, Marketing team, Finance team, and trade customers
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and governance including Corporate Social Responsibilities, Risk Management and Health and Safety
  • Closely monitor execution of key programs to capture leanings and drive for continuous improvement
  • Development and delivery of all relevant communication touchpoints for sales execution.

About you
  • Business Degree, with a marketing major preferred
  • FMCG brand or trade marketing experience, 5+ years preferred
  • FMCG sales experience will be beneficial
  • Proven leadership and influencing skills to drive delivery of business objectives
  • Strong project management & planning skills
  • A clear and confident communicator who can build strong relationships
  • Ability to work autonomously and self-regulate workflow and approvals as necessary
  • Experience in managing agencies
  • Experience in managing $A&P budgets
  • Good English skill
