- Responsible for domestic and oversea bank payment and customs duty payment process, including key in/upload payment details into bank system, as well as bank reconciliation follow up.
- Bank draft management, responsible for the bank's acceptance bill process and monthly BAD report
- Responsible for employee reimbursement audit. To ensure all payment/reimbursement are preceded in line with company accounting policy and requested supporting documents are qualified.
- Issue VAT invoices on monthly bases. Including prepare monthly VAT list, deduct input VAT. Reconcile monthly input tax and output tax invoice list, etc.
- Responsible for creating non-core suppliers and initiating non-core payment applications in OA system.
- In charge of Group cash forecast.
- Binding of receipt and payment vouchers. And other contract filing.
- Other tasks assigned by finance manager.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
- Fluency in English both in oral and written.
- Good at operation MS Office system, especially at Excel.
- Have 1-2 years related work experience is preferred.
- Accounting and acceptances experience is preferred.
- Good understanding of both Chinese Accounting Regulations and International Accounting Standard is essential.
