You will evaluate production capacity, optimize resources, continuously improve production efficiency, and support production lines in solving problems.2. You will optimize factory layout, logistics, and improve space utilization also conduct operational analysis, process analysis, determine standardized processes, and improve management efficiency.3. You will write WI(Work Instruction) and standard work documents to support production also design fixtures, carts, and basic tooling concepts.4. You will participate in 5S initiatives and Kaizen events on the shop floor and support general continuous improvement activities as assigned.5. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.6. You hold a master’s degree or above, major in industrial engineering, mechanical management or technology.2. Minimum 3 years working experience as Industrial, process or product engineering.3. Skilled in CAD, Creo and MS office standard package (Word, Excel, Power point).4. Strong sense of work responsibility and teamwork spirit. Rigorous and patience in work.5. High attention to detail. Willing to accept challenges and strong ability to work under pressure.6. Proficiency in writing and speaking skill in English.More about us
