• Proficient in procurement of professional service categories (requiring experience and supplier resources in HR, administration, training, administrative services, market research, etc.)12

• Capable of independently conducting end-to-end procurement processes including sourcing, project scheduling, commercial negotiations, contract execution, and delivery

• Continuously optimise the supplier pool and identify high-quality potential vendor

• Able to analyse supplier pricing rationality, drive continuous cost reduction, and implement compliance risk management mechanisms
