- Teach oral English to university students (18 – 22 years old), focusing on speaking, language skills, literature, and effective communication
- Prepare lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments
- Collaborate with fellow co-teachers to enhance and refine the school's curriculum
- Assess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve
- Any other related duties assigned by the school
- Up to 15 hours a week - the schedule for Monday to Friday includes 16 to 20 teaching periods, with each period lasting 45 minutes.
- Bachelor’s Degree, or above
- TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certificate
- 2 years of previous teaching experience
- Monthly salary of 12,000 to 14,000 RMB
