- The role holder supports branch on greeting and identify customer’s needs, providing excellent service and guiding customers to use digital channel, to provide assistance in queue management, branch merchandizing display and skillful making referral on bank products. And also supports outreach acquisition activities smoothly and successfully.
- During Internship, no sales work should be involved however the role holder should get well prepared on Bank knowledge, in order to start to work as an employee smoothly once obtained graduation certificate.
- Meanwhile, the job holder should maintain HSBC internal control standards as well as Group Compliance Policy and operational risk control to minimize the likelihood of it occurring.
- Promote digital/CCSS solution to release teller/PRA/UB’s service burden
- Make referral on bank products based on customer needs
- Protect the Bank - through vigilance against fraud, Knowing your customer, adhering to regulations/policies and minimising operational risk
- Create an excellent first impression in order that customers will want to strengthen and deepen their relationships with us
