We are looking for a strong HR Director to take charge HR management of Dual Brand business and provide on-time, professional and proactive support to Head of Dual Brand.

Owner of the new business HR integration plan that will pave the way to ultimate transition to group defined scenario F;
Examine and then propose a new BU HR system (organization, recruitment, C&B, people development, performance measurement, MRP, young talent radar) including key processes and procedures that can support the long-term growth of new BU NI/MOD/EI business;
Take over the key positions and talent pools management.

Bachelor's degree and above education background;
At least 10 years HR professional management experiences in MNC companies;
Need to be strategic thinking and able to work on operational details;
Very rounded and proven HR professional skills and knowledge;
Able to proactively and timely provide constructive advice to shape a continuous progress and changing organization;
Strong communication skill and being able to work with difficult organization and people (local companies);
Strict in professional integrity to ensure the minimum compliance on people management aspect;
Fluent in both Chinese and English
