Manages the Profit and Loss of the NPD Program(s) and projects. Responsibility, Authority and Accountability (RAA) for every project scope delivery and successful execution within technical, schedule, cost and quality commitments. Develops schedules and updates the schedule on a regular basis. Identify milestones and critical path to ensure controls are in place to support Baselines Management. Maintains projects/programs updates, artifacts, metrics, and Rolling Action Item List to support PROLaunch Phase Gates, Baseline Change Management, Project Management Reviews, and Integrated Project Team meetings. Execute IPT leadership across the Program and Project(s). Seeks team input to promote rapid resolution to issues. Bachelors degree required, master of Engineering degree preferred. 6-8 years' experience in Electrical Power Program Management, or a combination of Program Management with some Marketing, Sales, Engineering, or Product Development Management. Collaborative/Influential skills, lead IPT members accountabilities to meet commitments and provide updates on a timely basis. Demonstrated to proficient in Program and Project Management methodologies, processes and tools. Demonstrated ability to plan, lead, and execute technical development projects with cross-functional teams Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to make status reports to management team and leadership. Proficient in MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Quality management tools, data analysis and summary. Proven Leadership skills - passion and capability to lead change in an Integrated Team (IPT) environment across multiple sites and customers globally.
