职位介绍 Main Responsibility: Coordination with sub-contractors, supervisor and client 与分包商和客户进行现场工作的沟通 Carries out meetings on site 开展现场事项的会议 Verifies the dimensions of civil work with respect to Suez drawings 根据已经制定的图纸进行土建的核对 Supervises the installment of Suez supplied equipment 掌控设备的安装进程 Ensures the Quality Procedures are followed on site. 确保现场工作按照公司的规范化流程开展 Writes Progress Report to the Project Manager for projects 编写进度报告并上交至项目经理 Gives technical guidance to Suez / Client's subcontractors 向公司/客户的分包商提供技术支持 Issues all the installment and test certificates for approval by supervisor 通过监理批准， 取得安装和测试证书 Qualification: -Has undergone on-site training by experienced Site Engineer -曾接受过现场培训 -Supervises the civil work of Suez processes 掌控水处理工艺土建施工的进程 -Good technical knowledge 良好的技术知识水平 -Good organizational skills 良好的组织能力 - Good communication skills 良好的沟通能力 Health, Safety and Environment Roles: - Comply with State, Suez HSE regulation, implement Suez HSE Standard, life- saving rules. - Understand equipment installment safety requirement, trained and accredited to work. - Identify and assess the equipment installment risks, and provide the report of assessment result to Site Manager. - Explain the site major risks to relevant parties and provide health and safety instruction. - Wear necessary PPE before operating, commissioning equipment, and check safety conditions. - Implement Emergency Response Plan procedure, report accident in time and assist rescue. - Implement safety rules to use proper PPE, analyzing job risks to hold the vigiminutes meeting, report the lost time/non-lost time accidents, near miss etc. REX of safety feedback, emergency drills. - Develop internal and external communication on HSE.其他信息 语言要求：普通话
