Senior AI Application Development Engineer/Agent Architect 高级 AI 应用开发工程师/Agent 架构师

• Responsible for the design and development of the Agent application architecture based on large models, creating intelligent assistants, task-based Agents, AI Copilots and other systems for actual business scenarios;
• Responsible for the design, development and optimization of core modules such as RAG, Tool Calling, Workflow, Memory, and multi-Agent collaboration;
• Promote the deep integration of large model capabilities with business systems, completing the entire closed loop from prototype verification to online delivery;
• Responsible for the engineering construction of AI applications, including model integration, service governance, effect evaluation, performance optimization, cost control and stability guarantee;
• Track the development of Cursor, Claude Code, OpenClaw/OpenHands and mainstream Agent/AI Coding technologies, and explore their implementation methods in R&D efficiency improvement and business scenarios.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or related discipline.
• Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 3 years of relevant R&D experience;
• Strong experience in designing and implementing Agent/Chatbot/AI application architectures;
• Familiar with mainstream LLM application paradigms such as Prompt, RAG, Agent, Function Calling, Memory, and workflow orchestration;
• Familiar with Cursor, Claude Code, and mainstream open-source Agent/Coding Agent ecosystems, with practical understanding of code agents, task execution, context management, tool invocation, and feedback loops;
• Proficient in at least one programming language such as Python, Java, or TypeScript, with solid backend engineering skills;
• Have experience in implementing complex business scenarios, and possess strong problem analysis, system design, and cross-team collaboration capabilities.

• Have project experience in AI Coding, Research Assistant, Code Generation, Automated Code Merging, Code Review Agent, etc.;
• Familiar with frameworks or ecosystems such as OpenClaw, OpenHands, AutoGen, LangGraph, CrewAI, and have actual usage or secondary development experience;
• Candidates with experience in building enterprise-level Agent platforms, Copilot platforms, or AI development platforms from scratch are preferred.

• 本科及以上学历，具备3-5年支付行业或相关领域工作经验。
• 本科及以上学历，3 年以上相关研发经验；
• 有较强的 Agent / Chatbot / AI 应用架构设计与落地经验；
• 熟悉 Prompt、RAG、Agent、Function Calling、Memory、工作流编排等主流 LLM 应用范式；
• 熟悉 Cursor、Claude Code 及主流开源 Agent / Coding Agent 生态，对代码代理、任务执行、上下文管理、工具调用、反馈闭环有实际理解；
• 精通 Python、Java、TypeScript 等至少一种编程语言，具备扎实的后端工程能力；
• 有复杂业务场景落地经验，具备较强的问题分析、系统设计和跨团队协作能力。

• 有 AI Coding、研发助手、代码生成、自动化改码、代码审查 Agent 等项目经验；
• 熟悉 OpenClaw、OpenHands、AutoGen、LangGraph、CrewAI 等框架或生态，并有实际使用或二次开发经验；
• 有从 0 到 1 搭建企业级 Agent 平台、Copilot 平台或 AI 开发平台的经验者优先。
