• AI at the Core of Strategy: You will help drive the next phase of CIB's AI strategy, delivering AI solutions with real impact on revenue growth, efficiency gains, and client satisfaction.

• Manage end-to-end AI product lifecycle: support AI CPO/PO on the delivery of AI use cases-from ideation and business validation to production deployment-ensuring scalability, compliance, and impact.
• User-Centric Product Design: Ensure AI products are designed with a strong focus on seamless client and employee user experience. Partner closely with the User Experience & Service Design team to embed intuitive and accessible design principles into every solution.
• Strategic Backlog Management & Agile Product Management: Translate business problems into AI product opportunities. Manage backlogs, epics, and user stories in an agile setting, balancing quick wins with strategic builds. Ensure prioritization aligns with business value, technical feasibility, and readiness for production.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Group CDO, CIB platform teams, compliance, risk, and governance forums to align AI initiatives with broader business strategy and regulatory expectations.
• Tech and Data Collaboration: Partner with data scientists, ML engineers, and solution architects to co-create and iterate AI products that meet real business needs while aligning with enterprise architecture and data governance standards.
• Scalable Product Architecture: Partner with Solution Archetype and Platform Engineering teams to develop scalable, production-grade AI patterns that can be reused across business lines.
• Benefit Realization and Measurement: Define success metrics and track ROI, adoption, and impact. Own the benefit case documentation for each use case.
• Industry & Tech Radar: Stay ahead of the curve. Scan the AI landscape-agentic AI, multimodal models, LLMOps-and bring those insights into our use case pipeline and product evolution.

• Experience: 7 years' business analysis experience, min 2 years' product management or ownership, ideally with AI/ML experience in financial services or tech firm. Good Corporate institutional banking domain knowledge.
• Technical Acumen: Familiarity with digital solution and AI/ML concept. Exposure with Agentic AI, Text-to-SQL, AI evaluation or LLM orchestration is a plus.

• Agile team management: Proficiency in Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban), writing epics and user stories, backlog management, and sprint planning.
• Human-Centered Design: Experience collaborating with Service design teams and applying human-centered design principles. Demonstrated ability to co-create intuitive digital experiences with designers and engineers.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams, including senior stakeholders in business, compliance, risk, and technology.

• Exposure to LLMOps or agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen)
• Experience with compliance and model risk management in AI products
• Familiarity with AI observability tools or explainability frameworks (XAI)
