- Teach the English (ESL) subject to middle school students from grade 7 till grade 8
- Collaborate with co-teachers to plan and follow lesson objectives and syllabus
- Prepare lessons together with co-teachers and use course handbooks
- Maintain regular communication with co-teachers for teaching consistency
- Evaluate and support teachers based on inspection guidelines
- Organize and participate in extracurricular activities twice a week
- Grade assignments and communicate with students and parents as needed
- Create an engaging learning environment for students and parents
- Attend teacher training sessions and assessments
- Have a bachelor's degree (any major accepted)
- At least 2 years of experience teaching
- Accreditations including Trinity CertTESOL, Cambridge TKT, Trinity DipTESOL, DELTM or similar
- Excellent English communication skills in both written and spoken
- Newly qualified PGCE teachers preferred
- Monthly salary is 25,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualifications
