  • Manage OEM/ODM projects with both overseas and local customers.
  • Oversee the new product design and development process from NPI to mass production.
  • Monitor project schedules to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Conduct development schedules and cost analysis, and review new products.
  • Perform design verification and troubleshooting for new products.
  • Travel to Shenzhen Office as required, including daily station visits.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines.
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience in product design.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience at a managerial level.
  • In-depth knowledge of plastic injection and metal stamping.
  • Strong experience in small electronic device design.
  • Expertise in safety and regulatory standards.
  • Proficient in 3D CAD systems (Pro-E/SolidWorks preferred) for mechanical design.
  • Hands-on experience with FEA analysis is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese, with proficiency in Mandarin being a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure and take responsibility for project outcomes.
