Technical Sales ManagerResponsibilities:Drive Sales Growth
- Lead sales initiatives for AUT ESS and Digital products, ensuring alignment with customer's needs and Voith's offering;
- Develop tailed solutions to address customer challenges and drive value;
- Achieve/Exceed sales targets with focus products.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers;
- Act as a liaison between customers and Voith's business units, seamless communication and collaboration.
- Analyze industry trends, competitor activies, analyze market trends, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities;
- Gather and share customer insights and business intelligence to support cross-functional decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Familiar with Microsoft office tools
