- Handle sales activities with local and international partners.
- Generate new business opportunities through various channels.
- Implement the sales activities and action plans outlined in the sales and marketing plan of the hotel.
- Take responsibility for the team's sales performance.
- Lead and motivate the sales team.
- Maintain sales and service standards of the team.
- Maximize the sales revenue.
- Develop new business accounts.
- Have a passion for Sales and Marketing.
- Be a strong team player.
- Have a can-do attitude.
- Enjoy crafting creative and best-fit solutions for business partners and customers.
- Think outside of the box whilst leading change in the hotel.
- Understand the global markets and local environment.
- Communicate and write with fluency in English (as well as the local language) due to the service needs for local and foreign customers.
- Have relevant experience in a similar capacity previously.
- Have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Be able to engage in a friendly and professional manner with business partners and customers.
