Develop corresponding test plans and test cases based on product functions, shipping countries, and operators.2. Analyze and track bugs that occur during testing.3. Manage the progress, costs, and quality of outsourced testing during the project.4. Communicate and synchronize project information with other departments.5. Participate in relevant field tests.岗位要求/Job Requirements：1.Passionate about testing, with strong execution ability, flexible logical thinking, and a willingness to learn new technologies.2.Good communication and expression skills, excellent teamwork spirit, and a strong sense of responsibility.3.Proficient in English4.At least 2 years of experience in managing mobile phone field test projects, familiar with 5G/LTE/IMS/WCDMA protocol processes.5.Experience in managing overseas field test projects is preferred.Additional Locations:
