We combine global expertise and technology to help keep us thriving in the competition.We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.In this role, you will:- To monitor/supervise daily WCAS BAU and ensure smooth operations with high quality.- Ensure various internal and external returns (daily, monthly, quarterly) are submitted within time frame and no error;- Support multiple tasks subject to branch resource arrangement.- Assist line manager to coordinate regulatory and internal on-site/off-site inspections within responsible service area, minimize operational error, and ensure no repeated or high-risk findings.- Being an expertise in counter/BOS operation area.
