职位概述about the company:a global leader in filtration and energy solutions is looking for a R&D Scientist to join its APAC R&D team. Prefer candidates with research experiencejob responsibilities: * Work closely with customers, Sales & Marketing to develop new products for markets identified by the business units.

Develop expertise in appropriate material technology, as necessary to plan, execute and evaluate laboratory and machine-based trial programs, using the Design of Experiments methodology
Lead InnoHVision stage gating process and appropriate DFEMA tools for development projects.
Work with operation and purchase team on Margin Improvement Initiatives (MIPs)
Benchmark competitor grades and technologies.
Build knowledge of company's process, products, application and raw materials.
Patent inventions.

requirements: * MS degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Materials Science plus 3 years working experience OR PhD, resin background is preferred.

Strong innovation capability.
Strong leadership, team spirit and cross-functional communication skills.
Strong project management in product or process development programs.
Six Sigma Green Belt knowledge.
Basic knowledge of how to run patent and literature research.
