Join us and help run what runs the world.This position reports to: Business Manager - Commercial&Operations__Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead global or local commercial and operations teams. Each day, you will be accountable for the commercial deployment as well as the day-to-day operations of the organization within your assigned geographical scope. You will also showcase your expertise by leading the design and implementation of both the business commercial and customer-focused operations strategies.The work model for the role is: {onsite is preferred and remote will be partially accepted }This role is contributing to the {AUEN digital business line,} in {China}. Main stakeholders are {Yogesh Agarwal, James Liu, Johnny Wang }.You will be mainly accountable for:
  • Ensuring the integrated commercial and operational success of the organization in order to drive business growth, market share, and achievement of organizational performance and growth objectives.
  • Creating, implementing, reviewing, and relentlessly executing the business commercial strategy, industry segment strategy, go-to-market model and customer-focused operations strategy with responsibility for financial and non-financial targets
  • Ensuring a sustainable and effective value-chain, from supplier to customer and from order to delivery (products, projects, and service).
  • Driving appropriate, productivity optimization, and capital efficiency with special focus areas such as profitability, demand analysis, cost-to-serve, channel profitability and Return on Investment.
