Responsible for setting up the Operational Excellence system in the factory
To provide education of Kaizen tools / 6S, FMEA, SPC, GAGE R&R …
Be responsible for organization Control and evaluation of CIP projects
Make site kaizen plan and facilitate implementation and follow up for kaizen activities
Support and coordinate OPEX work stream activities to achieve on time delivery
To support others department in case Continual Improvement, PDCA
Be involved in the Customers Process audit
To cooperate with external companies with Kaizen and Continual improvement issues
To follow the trend of the Kaizen Mind of employees and improve it
To prepare reports and presentations concerning Kaizen activities
To keep a regular best practice sharing activities with the Kaizen team of the Bizlink group
Complete other related tasks assigned by superiors

Qualifications:

University degree in management or mechanical, electrical engineering or similar field
Above 5-year foreign company manufacturing industry or project management working experience
Have training experience on production management, project management, TPM, 5S, and product knowledge etc
Project management skills, conflict management skills, strong organization, and coordination and integrated management ability
Active work attitude, willing to bear high work pressure
Good oral English
