Ensure efficacy & reliability of the micro decision process including Positive ReleaseImplementing the documentation system in the lab by following GDP requirements. Review micro lab data and ensure the accuracy and integrity of laboratory data.Organize and participate in micro lab investigation and follow up with micro related NC, report micro incidents to Global microbiology.Manage micro lab cost and budget, ensure lab operation smoothly and non-disruptive test.Optimize inspection processes to enhance operational efficiency.Responsible for micro control program developed and implemented in the plant to comply with Microbiological control standard #23Develop an on-site microbiology program for testing raw materials, water, environment (compressed air, manufacturing and laboratory surfaces, and laboratory air), and finished products at the facility including optimization of cleaning and sanitization procedures.Transfer microbiological consciousness to employees to improve the Micro Awareness in shop floor.Ensure that products have gone through appropriate microbiological assessments (e.g. preservative effectiveness ) prior to manufacture.(technology transfer)Participate in raw material supplier managementAudit raw materials suppliers and help them to solve micro contamination issues when necessary.Monitor raw materials micro performance. Manage the microbiological quality assurance system to control the microbiological quality of raw materials.Help and support suppliers to continuously improve microbiological qualityParticipate in internal and external audits.Collaborates with other departments to resolve micro issues.Education/ Experience:Bachelor degree or above in chemical, food, or related1-3 years experience in micro related positionKey competencies:Good communication skills: Presentation / English (spoken & writing);Our Commitment to Sustainability
