System integration of power electronics and other subsystems such as actuator systems, etc. from internal and external suppliers in hybrid systems.
Review and approval of the mechanical design of the subsystems, especially with external suppliers
Professional responsibility and technical evaluation of mechanical concept definition and development of subsystems
Supplier management with focus on mechanical design, interfaces and integration
Define the simulation boundary condition and provide simulation input to CAE team. Analysis the CAE report for the design optimization.
Support producing and testing. Optimize according to process and test result.
Responsible for the concern solving
Responsible for technical review with suppliers
Responsible for the special release
Support supplier development and quality inspection
Support production line process developing and trouble shooting
Support Return part analysis
Support and take initiatives on MOVE(VAVE).
Manage APQP/PPAP and product development document.

Your Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above with automotive or mechanical background
At least 5 years in power electronics. Plus in DHT/eAxle x-in-1 project.
Proficient in English (both oral and written), Germany a plus.
Expert in Creo/ProE, or other 3D software.
Proactive attitude, hardworking & teamwork player.
Outstanding communication skill.
Quick learner, willing to deep dive into business.
