Utilizing our strong brand and resources, we build new channels to increase the visibility of Agoda and the other group companies, introduce more travelers to our great products and service and deliver significant profits to the overall business.Location: This role requires you to be based in Bangkok, Thailand (with relocation support provide) or ShanghaiThe Opportunity:To utilize your technical expertise to support and drive Agoda's B2B partnership growth by optimizing connectivity with the company's largest B2B accommodation partners. Work with diverse internal teams and world-leading travel providers in Agoda's B2B team, delivering innovative, scalable travel solutions at speed.In this Role, you'll get to:
- Drive the profitable growth of Agoda's Strategic Partnerships/Travel Distribution business.
- Manage end-to-end technical account management for Agoda's largest B2B accounts.
- Take full ownership of connection performance, including new builds, rebuilds, upgrades, day-to-day success rates, and ensuring optimal access to inventory, rates, rate plans, content, and availability.
- Extract and analyze complex data sets to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (especially with Product Managers) to identify business needs and influence the design and prioritization of next-generation features.
- Automate business processes to support operational efficiency and scalability.
- Identify and resolve technical issues impacting client connectivity, ensuring seamless operations.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to B2B clients, translating business needs into technical requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, engineering, or computer science field.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in technical account management, solutions engineering, or similar roles in technology or travel industries.
- Demonstrated analytical skills, with a proven ability to leverage data and insights to drive business strategy and decisions.
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities across concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a self-starter mentality - able to identify opportunities, relentlessly drive growth, and push projects over the finish line.
- Practical experience with API integrations/data transfers, with strong proficiency in SQL and Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- In-depth understanding of technical integrations and system architecture.
- Experience in travel technology, hospitality tech, or related industries.
- Strong command of Python, XML, or data modeling concepts.
