Responsible for the daily maintenance, inspection, and planned maintenance of production equipment such as robots, laser cutting machines, CNC machines, and production assembly lines. Identify problems and handle them in a timely manner to ensure the stable operation of production equipment;2. Responsible for detailed recording of machine maintenance content, parts, maintenance hours, and other information, and archiving records3. Analyze common equipment problems, propose equipment modification plans and implement them to reduce possible downtime;4. Analyze equipment operation and maintenance records, propose equipment prevention plans and implement them, improve equipment accuracy and efficiency, and reduce energy consumption and maintenance costs;5. Develop a spare parts plan for regional equipment operation, timely maintain and replace aging parts, and maintain the continuous performance of the equipment6. Complete tasks assigned by the leader in a timely manner.Job Requirements1. Hold a vocational school degree or above, with over 6 years of experience in mechanical automation maintenance, and hold an electrician certificate;2. Strong ability to judge and handle mechanical automation machine accidents, with strong hands-on skills;3. Very familiar with hydraulic equipment and hydraulic systems, and able to independently handle complex hydraulic system faults and problems;4. Possess manual drafting skills and the ability to coordinate and manage spare parts for daily equipment;5.
