- Perform basic functional testing and troubleshooting of electronic assemblies and components according to established procedures.
- Assist in the setup, calibration, and maintenance of test equipment and fixtures.
- Collect and record test data accurately, escalating issues to senior technicians or engineers as needed.
- Support the implementation of new test processes and equipment under supervision.
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance on test equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and cleanroom protocols.
- Communicate effectively with team members and cross-functional departments.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- High School Diploma or equivalent; a technical certificate or associate's degree in electronics or a related field is preferred.
- 0-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or test environment, preferably with electronic products.
- Basic understanding of electronic components and circuits.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, schematics, and work instructions.
- Proficiency in using basic test equipment (e.g., multimeters, oscilloscopes) is a plus.
- Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
