- Purchase Order Management
- Place and manage approximately 2,500–3,000 purchase orders annually with both overseas and domestic suppliers
- Ensure accurate order specifications, pricing verification, and timely submission
- Maintain PO tracking system and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
- Customs & Import Coordination
- Compile invoices and purchase orders from overseas customers
- Prepare and submit documentation to customs brokers to facilitate smooth customs clearance
- Ensure compliance with import regulations and resolve documentation discrepancies
- Supplier Relationship Management
- Follow up on delivery schedules and resolve receipt issues with domestic suppliers
- Monitor supplier performance and escalate recurring problems
- Maintain accurate records of supplier communications and commitments
- Quality & Logistics Issue Resolution
- Handle and track complaints regarding quality and logistics issues for SPNC shipments from overseas suppliers
- Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to implement corrective actions
- Document root causes and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
