- Drive automation of Group and LBU statutory filings, and potential Finance and Actuarial projects
- Support enhancement to current IFRS 17 end-to-end reporting process
- Support LBU local reporting basis implementation
- Serve as subject matter expert to provide insights on finance solutions and best practices to BU on their implementation journey
- Perform process diagnostics / health-check, advise and propose optimized end-state process with digitalization and automation enablement
- Perform process automation cost and benefit analysis, and support in technology solution assessment and advise in solution selection and digitalization approach
- Support in the design and implementation of automation solutions, e.g. workflow automation, AI-assisted processes, or customer self-service portal e.g. Chatbots
- Maintain a continuous improvement approach to ensure finance solutions and processes keep up with changes in business, organization, economy, technology, and accounting
- Support in end-to-end project management and project delivery
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree with minimum 10 years’ experience in financial functions; ideally in insurance, banking or asset management
- Knowledge of Insurance industry and their operational processes desired
- Demonstrable ability to collaborate with business and functional experts to provide guidance and direction, and to recognize risks and design enhancements
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with demonstrated ability to manage expectations and deliver results
- Strong decision making, analytical and creative thinking skills
- High level of professionalism, self-motivation, and sense of urgency
- Initiative-taker and ability to work independently
- Proven ability to build strong partnerships with key stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Platform, Alteryx, SAP, etc. desired
