1.相关专业本科及以上学历，.三年以上设计经验；
2。熟悉相关设计软件，熟知各地植物习性，有一定的审美能力，熟悉规范，擅长植物设计效果表达；
3.熟悉项目施工图全程流程控制，能独立承担大型和复杂程度高的项目软景方案设计，并能合理地运用植物来表达设计方向和主题；
4.具有优异的沟通与审美能力，设计理论清晰合理；5.有境外学习、工作，或外资公司工作背景者优先岗位职责1.参与方案创作和构思讨论；
2.完成软景方案设计及施工图绘制，其中包含：地形、排水、喷灌与浇灌布点，熟悉荷载、植物搭配、成本控制、现场及养护指导；
3.优化设计表达，控制成果质量；
4.协助项目日常管理及相应的软景培训工作；
5.辅助交流汇报及现场服务工作；
