- Coordinate and implement industry-specific MarCom activities and requests (product launches, holistic marketing campaigns and events). Ensure the implementation of the overarching strategy in day-to-day operations and project lead for each initiative.
- Go-to-Market-Communication Strategy Implementation: Execute the strategy along the value chain in alignment with IM. Ensure successful implementation of promotional tactics regarding content marketing and touchpoint marketing through online or physical promotional campaigns.
- Run marcom events with creativity and a customer-centric mindset. Ensure efficiency and effectiveness in generating and covert MQLs and enhance the thought-leadership and solution-leadership position of EP.
- Support E&E IM’s portfolio transformation goal through solution-oriented, creative messaging focusing on translating Circular Economy and technical differentiations into persuasive Value Propositions for product and service offers.
- Manage the promotional calendar and content on various touchpoints, e.g. Solution Center and WeChat service account, to ensure consistent, professional visibility of the respective industry.
- Manage local media and KOL relations; plan and implement media activities for relevant occasions with media savviness and excellent vendor management.
- Support various segment-specific tradeshows, conferences, webinars, etc. and other customer-centric promotional activities such as roadshows and Tech Days with excellent MarCom implementation and vendor management.
- Support product and technology launches by translating the value propositions into concrete unique selling points, and designing & implementing the launch activities based on targeted applications and audiences.
- Academic degree in polymer science, economy, business administration/ marketing, or in journalism/literature
- 5 years' experience in B2B marketing and marketing communications •5 years' experience working in engineering polymer or material industries
- Content marketing and multi-channel communication•Marketing acumen of “Where to play” and “How to win”•Well developed, interpersonal and communication skills •Strong ability to coordinate and prioritize in combination with solid learning agility•Excellent spoken and written English
