Your primary tasks will be to support, educate and train our partners. Your role will also include the following tasks:

Providing support with tech-questions, warranty cases, and service cases to partners
Providing robotic application support and consultation to partners
Developing/Translating technical training curriculum and conducting technical training programs for partners
Developing partners'/end users' technical knowledge and abilities with regards to Universal Robots and applications
Preparing/Translating technical documentation
Participating in customer visits
Participating in trade shows and seminars
Assisting in support for other regions when required
Communication within local country, regional area, and with HQ based on partners' needs.
Develop the application for focus industry and write application articles and successful stories for internal and external sharing.

All About YouTo gain success in the job it is important that you are service-minded and that you can commit at different organizational levels and in different correlations. You should have experience from a support department - preferably with experience within diagnosis and debugging. The job demands that you have documented practical experience within automation - preferably with knowledge of mechanical and electronic products. Furthermore, you have experience working with distributors or system integrators in handling technical training, technical support, and customer visits. To be considered for the job it is vital that you are fluent in Chinese and English. The ideal candidate has:

Bachelor degree or higher in Engineering of Electrical/ Computer Science/ Automation related subjects (Master's degree is a plus)
Minimum five years experience in robotics or automation industry
Experience in designing and integrating robotic/ PLC/ Camera/motion control applications
Experience in conducting seminars/ trainings/ exhibitions
Excellent computer and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in a high-level programming language such as C/ C++/Java/Python is a plus
Sales-minded (Sales background is a plus, but this is not a sales specific position)
Good English ability
