- Partner closely with hiring managers to pinpoint talent needs and craft tailored recruitment plans.
- Utilize diverse channels such as job boards, social media, and networking gatherings to engage and attract top-tier candidates.
- Skillfully conduct interviews and assessments to gauge candidates' suitability and potential fit.
- Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, including negotiating offers and facilitating seamless onboarding experiences.
- Drive initiatives to bolster employer branding efforts, spotlighting the organization's ethos and principles.
- Spearhead employee engagement initiatives aimed at fostering satisfaction and bolstering retention rates.
- Keep abreast of industry dynamics, continuously refining talent acquisition and engagement strategies.
- Flexibility to work afternoon shift from 12pm to 9pm is a prerequisite for this role.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or engagement roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software.
