  • Monitor the performances of the existing GSS and PFR suppliers: Establish product quality monitoring like IQA, REL Mon and similar activities to achieve customer claims reduction
  • 执行供应商绩效监控：建立包括IQA；可靠性；不良水平展开等以达到持续减少客户抱怨
  • Support new project & new supplier safe launch and Mass production control and PPAP.
  • 新产品开发支持 – 支持供应商及产品、材料的开发过程; 完成PPAP 流程等
  • KSM approach to review the performances and implement actions to prevent customer complaints, work with team to achieve stable quality performance.
  • 关键供应商改进 – 对已有供应商进行绩效评估，和供应商及内部团队一起改进以达到合格/稳定的产品及生产流程
  • Supplier audit – Conduct supplier annual/8D audit to improve supplier’s process/product.
  • 供应商审核 – 主导供应商年度及8D 审核以改善产品和流程
  • Internal activity supporting – Support internal: logistic/PM or procurement team supplier development and improvement activities, eg. W/H handling process improvement，cost reduction etc.
  • 内部改善项目支持 – 支持内部团队，如物流、项目、采购等对在供应商的改进项目；如仓库流程改进；降成本改善措施 等
  • Others – Support customer audit; document control; PCN supporting, other task from supervisor.
  • 其他 – 支持客户审核；文件控制；PCN支持，上级安排的其他工作
About you:
  • 本科或以上，理工科相关专业。
  • Bachelor’s degree in science and technology.
  • 3年及以上品质工作经验, 背景不限：过程品质管理；流程管理；客户品质；供应商开发及供应商品质管理优先
  • 3 year+ in quality engineering function; Background is not limited. Process Quality Engineering, Process Engineering, Customer Quality. Supplier Quality & Supplier Development are preferred.
  • 熟悉注塑、冲压、电镀工艺；
  • Good knowledge of Production Techniques and Processes (Not limited to mechanical but also Molding / Stamping / Plating)
  • 6西格玛绿带以及VDA6.3审核员优先
  • Green Belt certificated and VDA6.3 certified auditor are preferred.
