- Focus on effective and efficient business by safeguarding direct/indirect material supply, reducing cost for materials and services, optimizing the quality of purchased materials and service, and minimizing supply risk.
- Closely cooperate with BE Procurement TPU APAC team in every aspect to reach business target.
- Be a coordinator/caretaker between regional POE (Purchase Order Execution), TB (Tactical Buying) team and local users at site to streamline the StC process (Source-to-Contract).
- Coordinate site modification project with complying with company regulation e.g. initiate bidding process, communicate with local users, legal, FN, coordinate clarification, etc.
- Communicate with users to clarify requirements and parameters, site view or sampling if needed.
- The LCM caretaker and administrator as well as a keeper of original contracts,
- Improve Ariba catalogue as Ariba key user
- Be an SAP key user and provide support/help to other team members when required.
- Conduct yearly vendor evaluation, and one of lead functions if on-site audit is required.
- Implement vendor management and complaint.
- A major caretaker in sideline business at site.
- Create and/or extend vendor master data and material code.
- OA (Outlined Agreement) management.
- Implement the sourcing process about local logistic requirement.
- Replenishment tracking against PO.Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in business field. With engineering background, chemical engineering is preferred;(The requirement can be lowered for experienced candidates)
- Clear logic in data analysis, PPT presentation, routine business management.
- Self-driven with courageous and co-ordinational skills
- Communication in English and Mandarin languages
- More than 3 years above experience in procurement function in multi-national company environment (The working time requirement can be lowered for sharp logic, good courageous candidates)YOUR APPLICATION
