  • Be the Regional BPE Lead for GBS APAC. Support the Suzhou based APAC leadership team to ensure that Lean culture and continuous process improvement is completely embedded in how we run GBS
  • Train, coach & facilitate lean and process improvement activities across all the APAC GBS teams (PTP, OTC, RTR, MDM)
  • Support & coach teams to run their own Kaizens and pragmatically resolve problems
  • Personally run and own 2-3 cross-functional Kaizens at a time to resolve high-impact problems
  • Co-ordinate with GBS Automations team, GBS process owners and GBS Service Delivery teams to create an efficient & effective environment for deploying BPIs
  • Report weekly on APAC BPE activities & targets
  • Manage suggestion schemes and planned Kaizens to ensure that there are sufficient opportunities in the pipeline to deliver on GBS’s Lean and business plan targets
  • Perform process audits whenever required to ensure quality and adherence to the process design
  • Perform process VSM creation and updates
  • Support GBS LT to build and drive corrective actions and preventive action analysis of process failures
  • Support operations identifying process improvement opportunities that can lead to either optimization or automation
  • Coach each GBS APAC leader and assist them to embed Lean & continuous process improvement culture into their teams
  • Align with the GBS regional experts in North America and Europe and outsourcing providers to ensure consistent BPE practises across all GBS activities
  • Co-ordinate with Aptiv’s operational excellence team and Aptiv’s community of Lean experts and drive end-to-end, customer focused lean processes
  • Other duties as required
Your BackgroundKey ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:
  • Lean Six Sigma Black-Belt qualification or equivalent
  • 5+ years’ experience deploying BPE programs, ideally in an office environment
  • A burning passion for BPE culture, driven by personal experiences
  • A Bachelor or Master Degree
  • Fluency in English
