We're hiring a sales‑driven professional with excellent English who wants to develop into a future Territory Manager role. Ideal for someone who enjoys customer engagement, lead development, and growing within a global equipment sales business.This role is all about supporting sales, building customer relationships, and growing into a future Territory Manager role. You will work closely with a Territory Manager and the General Manager to:
  • Support all stages of the customer sales cycle - from lead generation to deal follow‑up.
  • Handle inbound enquiries, walk‑in customers, and basic negotiations when needed.
  • Research prospects, qualify leads, conduct outreach, and help prepare proposals and contracts.
  • Maintain accurate account information and ensure smooth communication between customers and internal teams.
  • Assist with onsite auction activities and events when required.
  • Gain hands‑on exposure to the tools, processes, and commercial approach needed for future progression into Territory Sales Management.
Clear progression path into a Territory Sales Manager role.Hybrid flexibility with exposure to regional and international sales operations.
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong customer relationship mindset and a professional, proactive approach.
  • Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Tech‑savvy and comfortable learning new sales tools and systems.
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales or customer‑facing roles preferred.
  • A genuine interest in progressing into a Territory Manager role over time.
  • Open to occasional travel.
