- Support all stages of the customer sales cycle - from lead generation to deal follow‑up.
- Handle inbound enquiries, walk‑in customers, and basic negotiations when needed.
- Research prospects, qualify leads, conduct outreach, and help prepare proposals and contracts.
- Maintain accurate account information and ensure smooth communication between customers and internal teams.
- Assist with onsite auction activities and events when required.
- Gain hands‑on exposure to the tools, processes, and commercial approach needed for future progression into Territory Sales Management.
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong customer relationship mindset and a professional, proactive approach.
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Tech‑savvy and comfortable learning new sales tools and systems.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales or customer‑facing roles preferred.
- A genuine interest in progressing into a Territory Manager role over time.
- Open to occasional travel.
- Base Salary range: around 200,000 - 250,000RMB
