We are seeking a highly analytical and data-driven Market Analyst. This role is central to building our Business Management System (BMS), driving AI-powered digital transformation, and providing critical insights through advanced data analysis to shape our strategy in the PC market.Job Responsibilities:1、Design, develop, and maintain real-time Power BI dashboards to monitor key business metrics across multiple dimensions, including Finance, Targets, Sell-In, Sell-Through, Inventory, Supply & Demand, Market Activation, Market Intelligence, and Product Customer Experience (CX).2、Manage end-to-end data processes by establishing unified product and country mapping systems, performing data wrangling with Python/SQL, and creating Power BI visualizations to support decision-making.3、Build and implement automated data pipelines to enhance reporting efficiency and reduce manual processes.4、Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement AI-powered automation and digitalization opportunities to improve business operations.5、Utilize AI tools to automate data collection, report generation, and initial analysis, and analyze automated reports to identify business risks, root causes of variances, and key opportunities.6、Monitor business performance using existing dashboards, data warehouses, and reports, proactively identifying potential risks and growth opportunities based on data trends.7、Develop and distribute automated reports with AI summarization tools to provide clear and actionable insights for stakeholders.Job Requirements:1、Proven experience as a Data Analyst or Market Analyst.2、Expert-level proficiency in Power BI for building complex and interactive dashboards and reports.3、Expert-level proficiency in SQL for data extraction and Python for data manipulation, automation, and visualization.4、Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting complex data clearly to stakeholders at all levels.5、Highly responsible and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.6、Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.Additional Locations:
