  • Perform detailed reviews of monthly/quarterly financial packages from global subsidiaries, identifying and resolving accounting discrepancies before consolidation.
  • Execute the multi-entity consolidation process, including the manual and automated elimination of intercompany fiat and crypto transactions.
  • Manage the detailed mapping and conversion of local statutory books into US GAAP and IFRS for consolidated reporting.
  • Lead the monthly reconciliation of complex intercompany balances, specifically tracking intra-group digital asset transfers and fee-sharing arrangements.
  • Calculate and record foreign currency translation adjustments (CTA) and ensure correct functional currency applications across international entities.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality consolidated workpapers to support Big 4 audits.
What you'll need
  • 7+ years of experience in group consolidation or financial reporting, ideally within a high-growth fintech or multi-national environment.
  • Strong technical command of consolidation accounting (ASC 810 / IFRS 10) and the mechanics of "top-side" adjustments.
  • Solid working knowledge of both US GAAP and IFRS, with the ability to identify key differences in local vs. group reporting.
  • Experience with consolidation tools (e.g., OneStream, Oracle HFM, or NetSuite OneWorld) and advanced Excel (Power Query/VBA).
  • Exceptional analytical skills for identifying accounting issues.
