Work with the GCA BU (Business unit), Brand Marketing and Sports Marketing teams throughout the season to define strategic product direction.Build an understanding of product information systems and the interlinking functions - clarity on respective timelines. Key Relationships:Steer a strong relationship and ensure constant dialogue/feedback with business unit and across other BU´sCross-functional team (Development, GTM, Materials, Costing, Planning)Markets and relevant key retailersKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:Project management, problem solving, working through ambiguityManage a team to create industry leading productsInspire, coach and lead; set framework for performance and growthIn-depth knowledge of respective product categoryAdvanced analytical skills, be solution driven and result oriented, strong business orientationAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication skillsLateral thinking and challenge status quoProfound consumer, market and retail knowledge especially in regard to different needs of different countries/ regionsStep up to conflicts and work towards a diplomatic solutionExecute change managementCooperate effectively to maintain and develop trustful relationshipsAbility to travelPassion for sportsRequisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:College degree, preferably in marketing/business /textile/fashionMinimum of 8 years Product Marketing/Design experience with APP, FTW or ACC backgroundExperience and excellent knowledge/solid insights on ACC categoryExperience in trade or sales is helpfulFluent in English is a plusPC skills (MS Office programs)AT ADIDAS WE HAVE A WINNING CULTURE.
