- Lead capital projects end‑to‑end, including scope definition, planning, scheduling, budgeting, resourcing, design, procurement, installation, commissioning, and project handover
- Ensure all capital projects are planned and executed in accordance with the Novonesis project model and handbook
- Collaborate closely with line‑of‑business user groups to translate operational and business needs into robust technical solutions
- Implement effective risk management, change control, and stakeholder communication practices throughout the project lifecycle
- Select, manage, and coordinate external engineering firms, consultants, suppliers, and contractors, ensuring compliance with project, safety, and quality requirements
- Partner with corporate, regional, and local Sourcing teams to secure cost‑effective project solutions that meet business and technical needs
- Closely monitor project performance related to safety, quality, cost, and schedule, and take proactive corrective actions when required
- Prepare and present regular project status updates to steering committees and key stakeholders
- Conduct project reviews for other project managers at critical milestones, supporting overall project governance and capability building
- Collaborate with regional Novonesis Engineering teams on capital project development, administration, and execution
- Ensure all procurement and project activities comply with corporate and local purchasing, environmental, and compliance policies
- Support Novonesis Environmental Policy and EQS by assessing environmental impacts before implementing changes to processes, equipment, or materials
- Perform all duties in alignment with Novonesis GMP, Safety, ZEAL, and Quality policies
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering or a closely related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in managing capital investment projects, ideally within a processing or manufacturing environment
- Proven track record of delivering projects successfully across multiple phases
- Solid understanding of capital project management processes and governance
- Strong leadership capability, with experience leading cross‑functional and cross‑site teams
- Good organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
- A self‑driven mindset with the ability to prioritize, manage complexity, and drive initiatives independently
- A high‑impact role contributing directly to Novonesis’ manufacturing and sustainability strategy
