Process Quality EngineerResponsibilities:Responsible for new project development and serial production process control 负责项目前期开发和量产生产过程控制- New Project development 新项目开发

As a member of project team, represent and coordinate the quality function in the team and also assure the project is developed following Voith PDP process 作为项目团队的成员，负责协调项目开发过程中涉及到的质量职能，并确保项目按照公司流程来进行开发
Define project Quality target, quality planning including quality plan, control plan and requalification plan etc. 定义项目质量目标和项目质量策划包括质量计划，控制计划以及验证计划等
Conduct internal Process audit, PPAP audit and company with PJM to complete customer PPAP audit主导内部过程评审和PPAP审核，配合项目经理完成客户的PPAP审核
Support the PJM for customer audit and action following up during project development phase在项目开发阶段支持客户审核以及问题改善项跟踪
Submit the PPAP Documents to customer and follow till approval 提交PPAP文件给客户进行批准

Serial Production

Responsible for assigned production line for process quality management 负责指定生产线的过程质量管理
Work with cross function team to handle NCR and blocked material in PQA及时处理NCR以及由于过程质量问题产生的呆滞物料
Carry out collection and analysis of all process related Quality KPI & actions following up and improvement; 收集和分析过程相关的质量指标并进行改善提升
Prepare the control plan and inspection instruction for the production line, define assembly record and routine test report for related products 负责生产线的控制计划和检验指导书，为相关产品指定装配记录及测试报告
Lead customer audit for product and process related，internal process audit负责产品和工艺相关的客户审核
Lead 8D process implementation in organization

负责组织内部8D流程的执行

Following and execute the other task from line manager跟进并执行直线经理的其他任务安排

Requirements:Bachelor degree with major mechanical background, 5+ years working experience in auto-industry本科学历，机械相关专业背景, 5年以上汽车行业工作经历Be familiar with Auto industry quality standard and 5 tools. 熟悉汽车行业质量标准以及5大工具Experience in advanced project quality planning 拥有项目前期质量策划经验Be familiar with quality analysis tools and project management熟悉质量分析工具和项目管理Have strong communication skill and leadership capability in cross –function team 具备出色的沟通技巧和跨部门合作能力Have professional problem-solving capability to resolve all finding 具备专业的问题发现和解决能力Good execution and implementation 良好的执行力Good English skills 英语听说读写流利Problem solving with 8D， FTA and other quality tools 能够使用8D，FTA和其他质量工具来分析和解决质量问题Have clear quality system management experience and be familiar to product realization process and previous poko-yoka experience will be preferred 具备质量体系管理经验，熟悉产品实现流程和poko-yoka者优先
