  • Translate company strategy into actionable long-term brand strategies.
  • Lead portfolio evolution from insight generation to product development, ensuring competitive advantage.
  • Leverage data and consumer insights to drive innovation and renovation.
  • Stay connected with macro and category trends to inform business decisions.
Innovation Project Implementation
  • Lead end-to-end innovation project development, ensuring alignment with portfolio strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable successful NPD (New Product Development).
  • Adapt strategies based on consumer, competitive, or market changes.
Business Planning & Integrated Marketing Communication
  • Develop disruptive, growth-oriented business and communication models for innovation.
  • Create solid launch plans, including pricing, channel, and merchandising strategies.
  • Lead agencies to craft key assets and IMC (Integrated Marketing Communication) plans tailored to market needs.
  • Ensure alignment of consumer communication activities with overall brand strategy.
Team & Capability Development
  • Enhance team capabilities in portfolio management and innovation.
  • Foster a collaborative mindset with strong business acumen.

  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • 10+ years of brand marketing experience in the consumer goods industry.
  • Proven track record in F&B innovation, preferably with cross-category experience.
  • Independent project management and strategic thinking.
  • Strong marketing expertise, including digital and innovation.
  • Ability to manage complexity and ambiguity effectively.
  • Excellent communication and team management skills.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • High moral integrity, willingness to travel.
