- Foster a collaborative mindset with strong business acumen.
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- 10+ years of brand marketing experience in the consumer goods industry.
- Proven track record in F&B innovation, preferably with cross-category experience.
- Independent project management and strategic thinking.
- Strong marketing expertise, including digital and innovation.
- Ability to manage complexity and ambiguity effectively.
- Excellent communication and team management skills.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- High moral integrity, willingness to travel.
