Strategic Growth:- Develop and execute commercial strategies to achieve ambitious revenue and market penetration goals.- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to pinpoint new growth areas.- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including market expansion, product development, and strategic partnerships.2. Client & Partner Development:- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with e-commerce platforms, freight forwarders, and key industry partners.- Deeply understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions that drive long-term customer loyalty.- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and promote cargo services.3. Revenue Optimization:- Establish competitive pricing strategies to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.- Monitor and adjust pricing based on market conditions and operational costs.- Track and analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions.4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (revenue management, solutioning, customer success, operations, legal, finance, marketing) to ensure seamless execution.RequirementsWhat You Need:1. Deep understanding and network within the global air cargo industry.2. Proven expertise in strategic business development and planning.3. Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills.4. 5-10 years of business development experience, with at least 3 years in air cargo logistics or freight forwarding.5.
