What you will do:Subjective/Objective Test-You will prepare the scheduled test as early as possible, such as test request, proving ground availability, test instrument, etc.-You will set up test condition according to procedure and test request before the test. Such as check and set up test vehicle and instrument, follow-up tires mounting, balancing reports.-You will follow test procedure, work instruction and test request to perform tire subjective or objective vehicle test on road. Assess test data quality, record test condition, and result as per requirement.-You will issue the report on time, communicate, and explain test result to internal and external customer. Compete the test report finalization on time- You will demonstrate strong safety awareness and responsibility. Strictly complies with traffic codes and all applicable company and proving ground ‘s safety rules and practices. Report safety case/near miss in time. Implement the aligned action to continuously improve safety condition.-You will be responsible for testing quality control activities, quality supervision Maintain and further develop procedures, work instructions, OBT and JRA for performance test items assigned to.-You will maintain equipment/vehicle check list. Report test equipment/vehicle issue and identify potential risk which may influences normal test.-You will develop and maintain contacts/good business relationships with test facilities, proving grounds, outsourcing companies and OEMs when required.Continually Development-You will keep informed of latest vehicle testing equipment, method, and technology and make required recommendations. Grow Knowledge and keep informed of latest regulations impacting China and other countries or areas. Perform test development activities to improve vehicle test data qualityMiscellaneous Items-You will perform other activities/tasks to support PPI organization.What we are looking for:-You with bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Science or Design.-You with experience in Road Tire Testing is preferred.-You with above average driving abilities.-You with theoretical knowledge and understanding on Vehicle Dynamics.-You are able to travel, work flexible hours including workday and weekend. Able to adapt to any testing environment (multiple testing locations) and weather conditions (extreme cold or hot temperatures).
-You with basic computer skills and office software applications.
-You with good communication and positive attitude.
