  • You are responsible for handling inbound calls, answer customer’s inquiries.
  • You are good use of service planning related systems such as CRM, SAP, telephone system etc. Timely report system issues during daily operation.
  • You conduct operation tasks such as case creation & change, dispatch and material requests etc.
  • You are responsible for preventive maintenance & modification scheduling. Monitoring and tracking the case status and ensure modification cases are completed on time as planned.
  • You capture, understand and manage customer’s feedback, customer complaints handling.
  • You are responsible for the operation of strategic projects.
  • You actively learn new knowledge through training & sharing session and constantly enhance self-competence.
Who You Are
  • You hold at least 3 years’ related experience
  • You are initiative, Detail focus,
  • You'd better familiar with Six Sigma and lean
  • You have strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • You are good command of English in both oral and written
  • You are good command of computer skills,proficient in MS office and ERP/CRM
  • You are be able to work under pressure and conflict management capability
  • You have a strong professional management, organization, communication, coordination and incident handling capacity. Patient, serious and responsible, and have a good sense of service and professionalism
