
Product Group Controller / Site Finance Manager

- Responsible for setting the strategic direction and ensuring implementation of the same within the Finance department and IT department;
- Based on MISAL, to establish the financial system for the local company;
- Oversee the internal and external financial reports prepared by China finance shared service team/Local controlling team, maintain/develop right setup to mitigate tax risks relating to company activities;
- Participate and support all internal and external audits, lead/monitor improvement actions to close findings according to plan;
- Responsible for summarizing and forecasting on the state of the company's financial affairs;
- Preside over budgets to set and meet goals. Oversee the investment of funds, manage associated risks, supervise cash management activities, and execute capital-raising strategies to support the firm's expansion;
- Establish procedures for custody and control of assets, records, loan collateral, and securities, in order to ensure safekeeping;
- Coordinate risk and insurance programs of establishments to control risks and losses;
- Responsible for developing and evaluating financial reporting systems, accounting and collection procedures, and investment activities, and make recommendations for changes to procedures, operating systems, budgets, and other financial control functions;
- Lead local ITIS team to provide professional service in time and ensuring data/system security and compliance;
- Be responsible for the trade security and other related management responsibilities of the department involved in the AEO certification standards
- Be the bridge towards the government and authorities when it comes to overall financial matters like tax pay and subsidies etc.
- Ensure implementation and governance of the code of conduct, maintain and develop the Business Compliance program.
- Develop training material for the Business Compliance program. Inform, support and train employees within the areas of responsibility.
- Identify potential risk areas of Business Compliance, within the organization, and work to appropriately evaluate and mitigate potential risks.
- Establish and maintain proper governance around local documents and processes
- Support to define/breakdown PG/factory level KPIs according to BU/PG strategy and outcome of Costing update process
- Regular performance reporting and analysis of KPIs and reasons of deviations.
- Run and support Costing Update process according to Alfa Laval standards.
- Be a strong partner and support Forecasting process and S&OP cycles.
- Take part in monthly and year-end operational reviews and consolidate monthly financial package for the Product Group
- Contribute to the definition and implementation of the strategy and set reporting expectations and structure in the BU.
- Build scenarios and evaluate financial implications of various strategic ambitions and recommend actions to ensure continuous competitiveness.
- Work proactively to support market needs, achieve cost savings and minimize capital employed.
- Take part in and support strengthening responsiveness to customers and supply chain agility.
- Continuous improvement of business processes and ensure suitable financial performance measurement (KPI).
- Provide support to assess business risks and provide input to risk mitigation.
- Identify and manage potential risks relating to changes in market conditions, product portfolio and operational footprint.
- Being a business partner working with other functions in the organization to drive business improvements and change – part of both tactical and strategic decisions in the BU.
- Ensure compliance and internal control within area of responsibility and deal with legal matters, as necessary.

- Proficient MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Familiar with Accounting & controlling, Tax operation process and relevant law/regulation. Strong data analysis/technical skills;
- Good knowledge about IT IS;
- Well understanding of the PRC GAAP;
- Demonstrate strong analytical thinking and problem solving by using conceptual thinking.
- Exhibit high levels of self-control, self-confidence, and flexibility.
- Min. Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, or engineering majors
- 3 to 5 years from a similar position
- Working with business cases to support strategic decisions
- Excellent analytical skills, with an ability to see the whole picture, as well as an eye for details.

- Lean Production knowledge and 6 sigma is a plus.
